Returns
We strive to create the best quality balance boards and yoga accessories around. If, however, you are not completely happy with your Huku product, it can be returned within 21 days for a full refund. Products must be returned in perfect condition, with no marks, damages or missing parts. Prior to returning the product to us, please contact us at hello@hukubalance.com to ensure we can put it right for you. The shipping fee for returns is the responsibility of the customer unless it is due to a manufacturing defect.

I bought the two way roller system and I love having both options. Great pre-snowboarding season warm up.
I ordered the Huku original and the Nalu combo kit. Both great quality well designed boards. I bought the Nalu to prep for an upcoming snowboard trip and its definitely working the right muscles that ache after a day on the slopes. Its great to have the variety of options that the Nalu combo kit provides and despite the fact that I'm still getting used to the board the grip and the stops help it feel safe and stable so although its tricky im encouraged to continue to learn as the board feels safe solid and well built.
Most of all I live on an island and postage can sometimes be challenging or expensive but I was really impressed with the seamless purchase and delivery for such a large bulky parcel.
The only problem I have had and part of the reason I bought two was that my son also loves using them so much that its hard for me to get a turn.
