Dispatch

We will process and dispatch orders within 48 hrs. In the event that a product is not available, we will make contact with you. 

Orders will be dispatched between Monday and Friday. 

During seasonal periods, e.g. Christmas, Black Friday, order and delivery times may take longer.

Packages may be subject to import taxes and duties, these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery

Please provide an email address and mobile number at check-out to ensure fast and efficient delivery. Once your order is sent our delivery partners will contact you with your tracking number.

Returns

We strive to create the best quality balance boards and yoga accessories around. If however, you are not completely happy with your Huku product, it can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Products must be returned in perfect condition, with no marks, damages or missing parts. Prior to returning the product to us, please contact us at hello@hukuboards.com to ensure we can put it right for you.
